Job Summary

As an Amazon Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat. You will work in a dynamic, multitasking environment and be required to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be driven to achieve specific department goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials.
  • Guide customers through the ordering procedure online and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping should be addressed and resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries and provide solutions to customer problems.
  • Assist consumers with both domestic and international concerns by working with outside shipping contractors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve department goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and fashion trends to provide informed and accurate information to customers.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in customer service, preferably with luxury goods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in using software tools and technology to address client inquiries.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Competitive Compensation and Benefits:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
