As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for:- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments.
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Providing feedback on call issues.
- Upselling when required.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
- 18 Years of Age or Older: You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this role.
- 6 Months Customer Service Experience Minimum: We require a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience for this position.
- Typing 25 WPM: You must be able to type at a speed of 25 words per minute.
- Proficient in PC Operation and Navigation: You should be proficient in PC operation and navigation.
- Able to Work Independently: You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent Communications Skills: You should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to Work in a Constantly Changing and Fast-Paced Environment: You must be able to adapt to a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to Stay Composed and Objective: You should be able to remain composed and objective in challenging situations.
- Strong Listening Skills: You must have strong listening skills to effectively communicate with customers.
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you will need:- Internet Connection Requirements: A minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
- ISP with No Packet Loss and Ping Under 50ms: Your internet service provider (ISP) must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
- Proof of Internet Speed Required: You will need to provide proof of your internet speed.
- Clean and Quiet Workspace: You must have a clean and quiet workspace to ensure a productive and distraction-free environment.
