Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with C-level Executives and People Teams to design, communicate, train, and implement Talent Development & Culture initiatives that drive organizational change.
- Create Engaging Content or source external content from providers/vendors to support Talent Management and Culture initiatives.
- Propose Innovative Methodologies to improve existing processes based on industry research and best practices.
- Conduct Educational and Training Sessions across various business units to promote Talent Development & Culture initiatives.
- Monitor and Track Success Metrics through annual employee engagement surveys to measure the effectiveness of employee programs.
- Articulate Organizational Culture through effective storytelling and messaging that showcases company values and cultural norms.
- Lead Culture Initiatives such as engagement activities, cultural calendar creation, employee recognition processes, and onboarding.
- Develop and Implement DE&I Programming that enhances the employee experience and fosters a sense of belonging throughout their lifecycle within the organization.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Minimum of 10 Years of Experience in Human Resources, preferably within a high-tech engineering environment.
- Proven Expertise in Talent Management and Talent Development.
- Demonstrable Experience in Diversity Management and implementing Culture Change initiatives.
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to effectively interact with different stakeholders.
- Excellent Project Management Skills with a proven track record of managing HR projects.
- Knowledge of Relevant HR Laws and Regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Certification in Human Resources (such as PHR, SPHR) is advantageous.
