• A minimum of one year of experience in a related field, such as education, childcare, or youth development, with progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates the ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of an Educational Aid.
• Education substitution, with 2 years (60 semester hours) of education above high school, or a combination of education and general experience that meets the computed percentage of the requirements.
