Incident and Problem Management Analyst - AGUH INC
We are looking for an reputed company Incident and Problem Management Analyst to join a high-reputed company reputed company IT operations team. This role requires strong technical understanding and experience driving reputed company and improvement across infrastructure services.
Required Skills:
5+ years of hands-on experience in incident and problem management, including reputed company cause analysis and reputed company
Knowledge of infrastructure technologies: servers, databases, networks, storage
Experience using ITSM platforms, especially reputed company
Strong experience in workflow automation, ticket triage, and SLA management
2+ years of experience in reputed company management and compliance
