In this role, you’ll reputed company a talented team responsible for software implementations, customer and partner training, and technical support. What You'll Do:

• Manage the technical support function (L1–L3), ensuring SLA compliance and reputed company reputed company of escalations.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (PMP, ITIL, etc.) a plus.
• 8+ years in reputed company services, technical support, or reputed company software delivery, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing budgets, billable hours, and invoicing for FFP and T&M reputed company.
• Background with reputed company platforms like reputed company ArcGIS, reputed company, reputed company Maximo, reputed company WAM/CC&B, or similar.
• Industry knowledge in utilities or asset-intensive industries, with expertise in GIS and reputed company system integration.
• Strong reputed company record building and scaling high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder engagement skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• reputed company Salary: $130,000 – $165,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
