Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive better decision-making through data analysis and insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and develop predictive models to inform business decisions.
  • Operationalize data processes to provide ad-hoc analysis, automated dashboards, and self-service reporting tools to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business, staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities, and develop data-driven solutions to drive growth.
  • Communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving business outcomes and growth.

Essential Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a consumer-facing web business, or in a high-growth, high-paced product or team environment.
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python/R.
  • Experience using data to drive business outcomes and inform decision-making.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and communication around data, including time series analysis, experimentation, data visualization, and defining KPI strategy.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to maintain relationships and drive business outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for online communities, gaming, and Twitch.
  • Experience in Operational Excellence, defining metrics and analysis reporting.
  • Experience working with software development and operational event data.
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques, such as logistic regression, decision trees, and neural networks.
