Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive better decision-making through data analysis and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and develop predictive models to inform business decisions.
- Operationalize data processes to provide ad-hoc analysis, automated dashboards, and self-service reporting tools to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business, staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities, and develop data-driven solutions to drive growth.
- Communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving business outcomes and growth.
Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a consumer-facing web business, or in a high-growth, high-paced product or team environment.
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python/R.
- Experience using data to drive business outcomes and inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with data analysis and communication around data, including time series analysis, experimentation, data visualization, and defining KPI strategy.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to maintain relationships and drive business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for online communities, gaming, and Twitch.
- Experience in Operational Excellence, defining metrics and analysis reporting.
- Experience working with software development and operational event data.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques, such as logistic regression, decision trees, and neural networks.
