About the Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and selling snack food products and promotions to our assigned customer base. Your primary goal will be to grow our accounts' profit, revenue, and traffic, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate and complete customer orders. Key Responsibilities
- Follow procedure by adhering to a schedule and answering calls in English or French language queues
- Address customer concerns and issues according to procedure, using issue resolution and follow-up to handle a variety of questions and customer service needs
- Sell our portfolio to existing and new customers, positioning yourself as a snack foods expert
- Use best call guidelines to turn calls into a positive experience for our customers
- Maintain accurate and complete customer orders, with a high attention to detail
- Proactively partner with customers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service experience
- Fluency in English and French
- Proficient computer skills in a Windows environment
- Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work well in an evolving, fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and processing skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints in a calm and polished manner
- Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
