Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to applicant queries.
- Offer technical assistance to applicants, guiding them through the application process and troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Navigate our computerized system to respond to and resolve applicant queries efficiently.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our application programs to provide expert support and guidance.
- Identify areas for improvement in our workflows and suggest innovative solutions to enhance the applicant experience.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with applicants and provide personalized support.
- Multitask with ease, handling a high volume of activity across multiple channels (phone, email, and chat).
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Technical savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently, with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline.
- High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- U.S. work authorization required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities, with proficiency in English/Chinese (Mandarin) or Spanish.
- Previous experience working in a startup or dynamic environment.
- Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule.
