Purpose and Responsibilities of the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to process data requests by accurately adding and correcting entries in a specific database or computer application. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining data accuracy and responding to inquiries regarding entered data. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sending authorization forms to members through our FOS system.
- Reviewing forms for authentication, including verification of first name, last name, date of birth, ID, address, and validity in CDB.
- Ensuring all document requirements are completed and forms are signed and dated.
- Entering necessary information into clinical applications.
- Fulfilling and sending forms to members through our FOS, including selecting the correct kit.
- Tracking received data, sorting, interpreting, and verifying data, as well as resolving questions or inconsistencies with source documents.
