Job Summary

As a Customer Service & Operations Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient completion of task-oriented workflows, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and resolving order-related issues. You will work closely with customers, fulfillment partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve tickets, respond to inquiries, and provide support via email, phone, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customers, providing timely and effective support
  • Follow up with customers via email and phone to resolve order-related issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with the fulfillment team to resolve order-related issues and requests
  • Review, follow up on, and resolve tickets in the order management system, adhering to daily workflow processes
  • Create an open and accessible environment for communication, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the pre-tax flexible spending/saving accounts industry, including compliance and eligibility nuances

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Excellent listening and communication skills, particularly in written presentation
  • Extremely detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Superior multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to respond to 8+ emails per hour, with the aim of increasing over time
  • Ability to handle 6+ concurrent chats, with a focus on providing timely and effective support
  • Comfortable working on task-driven workflow processes, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional support and resolving customer concerns
  • Reliable time and attendance, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on presenting resolution-based solutions

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly regarded:

  • Experience using Zendesk for B2C email/chat and Salesforce Order Management
  • Experience working in an order management system with ticketing capacity
  • Experience managing live chat with customers
  • Experience working in a call center environment and/or as part of an e-comm customer service team
  • Experience working in a high-volume capacity, with a focus on managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and data entry (logging issues across systems and teams)
