About the Role: Remote Data Entry Processor
As a Remote Data Entry Processor at Arsenault, you'll play a vital role in our business operations, working collaboratively with our team to process data, field client inquiries, and find innovative solutions to respond to their needs. This is a unique opportunity to work independently and as part of a multicultural, skilled, and knowledgeable team, driving customer experience enhancement and excellence in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry with high accuracy, adhering to client requirements and established procedures
- Manually identify and process various types of forms (MEDI)
- Classify documents based on client requirements and guidelines
- Work on multiple tasks, including data entry, verification, MEDI, and other DE tasks
- Operate with a close degree of supervision, with the ability to problem-solve and work independently
- Comply with company policies and standards, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity
- Develop strong attention to detail, translating information effectively and accurately

Qualifications and Requirements
