Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Compensation Consultant, Global Equity, to join our team in Montana, USA. As a Compensation Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing stock plans, performing data audits, and providing support to participants and stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global team, interact with people from diverse countries and cultures, and contribute to the company's mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans.
  • Process the discharge of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching proportion awards.
  • Review equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting.
  • Research, track, and respond to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders.
  • Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities.
  • Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations.
  • Review and maintain equity management systems and documentation.
  • Perform other equity plan management tasks, as requested.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable area preferred.
  • Experience working with a variety of stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans, is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly.
  • Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), systems, and interrelationships of data transfers.
  • Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
