**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for:
* **Data Entry**: Accurately and efficiently entering claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring data integrity and quality.
* **Follow-up and Research**: Following up on missing information to process claims, researching and resolving issues, and communicating with customers to ensure timely resolution.
* **Invoice Review**: Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
* **Report Compilation**: Compiling reports from systems with claims information, analyzing data, and providing insights to support business decisions.
* **Administrative Support**: Providing administrative support to the Claims Coordination Team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as needed.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **High School Diploma**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Work Experience**: 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service, data entry, or administrative role.
* **Basic Computer and Typing Skills**: Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office, and strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm).
* **Strong Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data, review invoices, and compile reports.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* **Bachelor's Degree**: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, communications, or a related field.
* **Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field.
* **Claims Experience**: Experience working with claims management systems, insurance claims, or a related field.
