Key Responsibilities

  • Support Client Achievement: Provide support to clients in achieving their financial goals and objectives through various financial products and services.
  • Resolve Complex Issues: Analyze and resolve complex client issues, including communicating with other departments for issue resolution.
  • Provide Routine Support: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a top-tier customer experience while adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work with experienced agents to resolve complex issues and provide guidance to less experienced staff.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide training and guidance to new hires and less experienced staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including client satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of Experience: 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, including resolving client issues and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex client issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Time Management Skills: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the required qualifications, we prefer candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in Financial Services: Experience working in the financial services industry, including knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Leadership Experience: Leadership experience, including the ability to train and develop team members.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish.
  • Customer Service Certification: Customer service certification, including certification in customer service, sales, or a related field.
