As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their issues
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate to supervisors as needed
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services to provide accurate information to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
* Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed
**Requirements**
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and customers
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
* Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Knowledge of customer service software and tools, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
* Experience working with diverse customer populations, including international customers
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
