**About the Role**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients' customers. This will involve:
* Handling customer service tickets across various channels, including email, Instagram, live chat, and phone
* Providing timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries
* Working within client platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
* Performing basic administrative tasks as required by our clients
* Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions
**Key Responsibilities:**
