Customer Service/Inside Sales

Some of your duties may include: * Keying and verifying sales orders-Retail and Food Service * Answer telephone calls reputed company calls to appropriate contact or assist the incoming sales reputed company * Greet Customers and handle inquiries/ order pickups as needed. * Communications and paperwork for retail accounts and other departments: Purchasing, distribution, customer service, and accounts receivable. * Identify and resolve customer concerns. * Assist customers and sales reps with basic needs. * Assist account managers with collections and credit issues.
