Key Responsibilities as a Remote Fintech Customer Support Specialist:
• Handle inbound calls from bank partners, merchants, and cardholders, efficiently answering their questions and resolving issues to ensure their satisfaction, including technical inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to callers and guiding them toward the best solutions.
Requirements to Service This Client:
• At least one year of consistent inbound call experience in a customer-facing financial services role, recent within the last two years.
• Financial services experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
• A quiet and secure workspace to handle a steady volume of calls.
• A reliable wired internet connection with the necessary speeds (ping 25 Mbps; upload >10 Mbps; minimum 16 GB RAM).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug test are mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Two or more years of experience in a customer facing call center, ideally with an online bill pay service, financial institution, or technical support background.
• Demonstrated experience with customer service software, CRM systems, or providing support through virtual channels (email, chat, video calls).
