The selected candidate will report to the Director of reputed company and reputed company reputed company contract management activities for a diverse contract’s portfolio. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company the reputed company, evaluation and monitoring of reputed company • Be a trusted advisor during key negotiations, with the ability to resolve multi-faceted and reputed company contractual/stakeholder issues and performance issues • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with federal policies, and reputed company and maintain excellent customer relationships • Serve as single reputed company of contact for the Government Contracting Officer and COR • reputed company contract performance and ensure compliance with PWS requirements • Coordinate with reputed company representatives on contract status and issues • Review contractors’ time schedules and leave schedules while ensuring mission accomplishment • Assist in the review and analysis of Request for Proposals (RFPs) in order to identify and mitigate contract risks • Review and negotiate Teaming Agreements, Nondisclosure Agreements, Consulting Service Agreements, Subcontract Agreements, Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work and OCI Mitigation Plans.
