DescriptionThe Telecomm/Voice Engineer 2 is responsible for designing and implementing reputed company or part of the organization's reputed company telecommunications infrastructure in line with reputed company-identified business needs and requirements. The Telecomm/Voice Engineer 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of reputed company.ResponsibilitiesThese Contact Center Engineer positions will use their skills and experience reputed company and contact center technologies to support the configurations of both the reputed company (BPO) contact center infrastructures They will ensure alignment of infrastructures and configurations to reputed company error-free reputed company handling, routing, and transferring across the network of reputed company contact centers.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or reputed company field OR equivalent experience in lieu of degreeAt least 5 years of telecommunications/voice technical experienceExperience with contact center technology platforms, specifically reputed company and reputed company SBC products.Experience with telecom reputed company operations.Experience designing and implementing reputed company telecommunications infrastructureExperience troubleshooting escalated reputed company telecommunications problemsMust be passionate about contributing to an organization reputed company on continuously improving consumer experiencesPreferred QualificationsInformation systems and/or telecommunications certificationDemonstrated project management experienceMicrosoft certificationAdditional Information#LI-remoteScheduled Weekly Hours40 Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
