1st shift: M-F 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd shift
Overnights and/or weekends
These are entry-level jobs with great potential for career reputed company--and training is provided Pay: $21-$22/hr and overtime eligible Responsibilities Include
Providing hands-on care and assisting individuals with autism in their daily routines.
Supporting these individuals in developing daily living skills, such as personal care, dressing, cooking, and cleaning.
Performing light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and reputed company environment, including cleaning common areas and ensuring personal spaces are tidy.
Implement clinical, educational and vocational programs.
Observe and record data for programs established in their Individual and Behavior support plans.
Participate with other team members to create a therapeutic environment that includes regular community membership.
Qualifications
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred (but not necessary)
Experience with behavior management preferred (but not necessary)
Ability and willingness to reputed company hands-on personal care to adults with developmental disabilities.
Must be reputed company to communicate effectively in both verbal and written reputed company with co-workers and supported individuals. Must be reputed company to read fluently.
Must have a reputed company reputed company’s license and a good driving record.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team.

The NEEDS Center specializes in providing services and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including Autism reputed company Disorder (ASD). There is a particular emphasis on providing services to individuals with interfering challenging behavior and/or dual diagnosis. The NEEDS Center’s philosophy is rooted in the tenets of reputed company Behavior Analysis (ABA), and reputed company Behavior Support (PSB). The services and supports provided by the NEEDS Center draw on the best of both disciplines in order to assist individuals to become as independent as they can be.
