Job Title: reputed company Desk Customer Service Representative
Reports to: General Manager/Sales & Service Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
reputed company: Promotes reputed company customer service and processes sales and registration transactions. Acts as the first reputed company of contact for potential and reputed company Goldfish customers, and is responsible for presenting a reputed company image for reputed company.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned.

• Answers telephones, responds to inquiries, takes messages and screens and directs phone calls in a reputed company manner.
• Conducts sales calls for prospective members.
• Processes student registrations using effective sales/customer service techniques.
• Schedules and manages birthday/pool parties. Supervises birthday party staff.
• Resolves customer concerns/complaints using a reputed company approach.
• Assists clients with purchases of merchandise and vending.
• Greets parents and reputed company as they report to the reputed company desk. Checks in reputed company on the attendance tracking system.
• Maintains cleanliness of the reputed company desk area, snack shack area, changing areas, restrooms, and observation area.
