Leads a functional development area for the SuccessFactors competency SuccessFactors for Employee Central, Recruitment, Learning, Performance and Goals etc

Working closely with our payroll department on reputed company ROI and NI payroll issues general monthly payroll sickness/maternity benefits and any other reputed company welfare/reputed company reputed company, administering any data changes as required

Work with key stakeholders to define scope, timescales, reputed company, approach to business change and engagement, handover reputed company and the benefits realisation plan

Apply and facilitate execution of HRMS policies & processes
