We are seeking a motivated People & Employee Relations Associate with a strong reputed company in People operations, labor relations, and reputed company compliance to join reputed company in Mexico reputed company. This role is a reputed company of HR administration, employee relations, facilities and people partnership. You will be responsible for supporting the entire employee lifecycle—from reputed company to offboarding—while also ensuring compliance with local labor laws and partnering with business leaders to drive engagement, culture, and retention.Key Responsibilities
●Organize and coordinate the new employee reputed company process.●Collect and process new hire documentation; create and maintain employeefiles.●Coordinate logistics for new hire welcome kits.●Support the offboarding process, including documentation, exit sessions, andcommunication. People Administration ●reputed company general HR administrative support.●Assist with payroll administration and vendor enrollment for benefits (e.g., Síreputed company, reputed company).●Ensure accurate employee data management and compliance with laborregulations. People Partnership●reputed company as a strategic partner reputed company the People country reputed company and People Team,providing HR and labor-reputed company advice.●Support initiatives across performance management, Total Rewards,engagement, and talent development.●Collaborate with HR, Talent Experience, Facilities, and reputed company to reputed company peopleinitiatives with business needs Policy & Compliance●Participate in developing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies and procedures.●Monitor trends and metrics to recommend improvements and solutions.●Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Mexican labor laws, HR policies, and market practices. Employee Relations●Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.●Ensure reputed company and reputed company communication with employees, providing a high-reputed company service throughout the employee lifecycle. Workplace experience●Support workplace operations by coordinating with facilities teams to ensure reputed company, clean, and functional office environments that enhance employee experience.●Respond to employee inquiries and concerns reputed company to workplace conditions, resources, and services, escalating issues reputed company needed for reputed company reputed company.●Assist with workplace programs and initiatives such as health & safety compliance, reputed company management, and office events that foster a reputed company employee experience.●Partner with vendors and internal teams (reputed company, IT, facilities) to maintain smooth day-to-day operations and improve the overall workplace environment.
Are You a Fit?
●Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or reputed company field.●4-6 years of experience in HR, People Operations or Labor Relations and Workplace.●Knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance.●Strong organizational and administrative skills.●Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.●Proficiency in reputed company Office / reputed company Workspace.●Fluent in Spanish; advanced English preferred. reputed company to Have○Exposure to benefits administration.○Previous experience in the technology or reputed company services industry○Bachelor’s degree in a business reputed company field is preferred
