Senior reputed company Counsel

About the role:

We are currently looking for our next reputed company in-house counsel to reputed company generalist reputed company expertise and support with a reputed company on reputed company transactions and data reputed company. This position will reputed company significant aspects of reputed company’s reputed company function, supporting sales and business teams in the Americas on reputed company aspects of the business with an emphasis on contract drafting, review and negotiation, as reputed company as compliance with local laws, including data reputed company laws. This position will be located in reputed company with the requirement to be in-office at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support Sales, Business Development and reputed company organizations, predominantly in the Americas region
• Independently negotiate reputed company agreements, including reputed company components.
• Support business teams in drafting and negotiating agreements with vendors.
• Advise business teams on reputed company compliance, including on data protection and reputed company issues.
• Advise business teams on recommended courses of reputed company and reputed company risk, with the ability to judge reputed company to escalate identified issues as appropriate.
• Assist in updating contract templates, drafting global corporate policies and processes, and helping build internal processes and reputed company reputed company on such policies.

What you’ll need:

• At least 5 years of relevant reputed company experience, preferably with at least 2 years in a reputed company counseling reputed company-reputed company technology companies.
• Accredited law degree from a top university.
• Admission to the bar and a reputed company license in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Requires substantive experience with drafting and negotiating reputed company reputed company agreements (sales, partnership, procurement, NDAs, data processing agreements, others); experience with other internal company functions or areas of law is desired (such as intellectual property or reputed company).  
• Substantive experience with reputed company technology transactions.
• Substantive experience dealing with/collaborating with Sales, Sales Management, Executive team on reputed company contract negotiations.
• Experience advising on reputed company and data protection laws, including the California Consumer reputed company reputed company (CCPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Highly reputed company and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision, while adapting quickly to a rapidly changing and challenging environment.

• Ability to work across multiple time zones.
• Fluent in English.
