Role Summary
As a Nuuly Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries, and ensuring a seamless experience. Reporting to the Customer Success Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the customer success team, working collaboratively to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly, relatable, and timely manner
- Exercise decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand, resolving issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding of customers' needs while being mindful of the business's bottom line
- Collect and share customer feedback with external teams to ensure that customer needs are being met and exceeded
- Meet or exceed established service level agreements (SLAs) set by the Customer Success Manager
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A passion for and understanding of the URBN brands, customers, and products, or a willingness to learn and develop this knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and external teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
