Job Overview and Responsibilities

As a key member of our HR team, the successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and training and development.   • Assisting in creating job descriptions and maintaining records

  • Supporting the Assistant General Manager (AGM) HR during the annual appraisal process
  • Working with Heads of Departments (HODs) to create Key Result Areas (KRAs) for new joiners and all employees
  • Executing various employee engagement initiatives as per the EE calendar
  • Maintaining regular communication with employees, addressing their queries, and organizing events such as employee picnics
  • Facilitating employee trainings and maintaining training records
  • Conducting exit interviews and sharing feedback with the team

Desired Candidate Profile and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should meet the following requirements and qualifications:

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification are desirable
