Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Operations Support Associate to join our team. As an Operations Support Associate, you will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service to our patients, physicians, and internal stakeholders. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, providing day-to-day support, triaging calls, emails, and chat messages, and ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via telephone, email, and chat communication, responding to patient, physician, and internal stakeholder inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Triage calls, emails, and chat messages from all customer facilities as well as internal clinicians, ensuring that all issues are addressed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor clinical systems to ensure that the operation is achieving its targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize performance
- Ensure that all calls, issues, and tasks are tracked in our CRM systems and driven to resolution, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
- Respond in real-time to support issues, resolving basic issues and escalating complex issues to higher support tiers as needed
- Facilitate provider communication on critical patient findings, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on patient care and treatment
- Develop application expertise as required to provide support to physicians, clinical staff, and support staff in the efficient use of Imagen applications and workflows
- Identify eligible patients for our programs using customer EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems, extracting data and inputting information as required
- Reach out to patients and schedule patient appointments per program guidelines, ensuring that all patients receive timely and appropriate care
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- An Associate's degree and 1+ years of experience in a healthcare technology support role, or a High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of experience in a healthcare technology support role
- Recent healthcare experience with Electronic Medical records (EMR) system experience is preferred
- Ticketing System experience for customer support is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to toggle between multiple programs simultaneously and provide basic support functions
- Hardware support and PC troubleshooting experience is preferred
- Organized with high attention to detail, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong documentation skills for ticketing documentation, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
- Salesforce experience is preferred
Work Schedule and Requirements
This is a weekend overnight shift position, with the following required shift times:
- Friday 6pm to Saturday 8am EST
- Saturday 6pm to Sunday 8am EST
- Sunday 6pm to Monday 8am EST
In addition to your regular shift schedule, you will be required to complete an 8-week remote training period, which will take place outside of your regular shift schedule. Training will occur between the hours of 8:00am - 10:00pm EST, Monday - Friday. Please ensure that you are available and able to commit to this training schedule before applying.
