Job Overview

As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with Remedi SeniorCare, you will play a vital role in our pharmacy operations, working collaboratively with our team to ensure the swift and accurate entry of prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system. Your strong communication skills will be essential in providing courteous and timely responses to customer inquiries over the phone. Under the guidance of a licensed pharmacist and in compliance with State law, you will be responsible for a range of duties that require attention to detail, analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficient and accurate entry of prescriptions into the pharmacy system, ensuring timely processing and minimizing delays.
  • Troubleshooting prescription and patient data entry discrepancies, utilizing strong analytical skills to resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely input of prescription and patient information, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity.
  • Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet departmental goals, contributing to the continuous improvement of our pharmacy operations.

Essential Qualifications
