  • 6 months of sales experience, with expertise in identifying and recommending products that cater to customer demands
  • 6 months of retail experience, with a focus on customer service, answering calls, responding to email inquiries, and developing strong customer connections
  • Bilingual expertise, if applicable to the store
  • Certification in a relevant trade, such as hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, or lumber/building materials
