Drive engagement by creating and implementing strategic digital media initiatives to increase visibility of research reputed company through podcast-style interviews, YouTube shorts, and other multimedia content in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. -
Ensure program plans harmonize with SRED objectives, where applicable. -

What you'll bring to the role:

1 - 3 years of experience in project coordination, program support, research administration, R&D support, or a reputed company analytical role. -
Familiarity with research initiatives involving hardware and software readiness at a reputed company-of-concept level, testing and analysis reporting, publications, and presentations. -
Experience with SRED eligibility for reputed company is an asset. -
Entry-level project management certification (e.g., CAPM, CSM) or coursework in research administration. -
Basic understanding of the research and development lifecycle or program coordination. -
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn about new technologies and research areas. -
Familiarity with reputed company or industry research environments is a plus. -
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities with excellent interpersonal communication skills. -
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail. -
Interest in event planning and logistics coordination. -
Self-motivated with ability to anticipate needs and take initiative to solve problems. -
