About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a Part Time Recruitment Administrator position. As a key member of our Recruitment team, you will play a vital role in supporting the transfer of data to our new system, ensuring seamless operations, and providing exceptional administrative support. This is a part-time opportunity, working 3 days a week, with the flexibility to choose your days and occasional travel to our Leeds Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify data accuracy, checking information and inputting data into our new system
- Liaise with various teams and stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity
- Collate and organize information, maintaining accurate records and reports
- Provide general administrative support to the Recruitment team, including event and career fair coordination
- Assist with administration functions related to events, such as sending reminders and updating attendee lists
- Prioritize and process large volumes of data with high attention to detail and minimal supervision
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong administration background, with some knowledge of recruitment, HR, L&D, or a similar environment being beneficial but not essential. You should be a self-motivated individual with excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, and the ability to learn internal systems quickly. Strong communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are also essential.
