Position Overview

As a part-time remote Office Manager and Marketer, you will play a vital role in managing our office operations, marketing efforts, and client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a tech-focused company, utilizing your skills in digital marketing, video editing, and office administration. The role may evolve into a full-time position in the future, offering a chance for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office operations, including administrative tasks, records, and databases
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing
  • Create and edit marketing materials, such as blog posts, videos, and social media content
  • Conduct light video editing and production tasks, as needed
  • Coordinate with team members, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote work environment
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
  • Occasionally travel to our Herndon office and attend conferences, as required

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field (Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media marketing and content creation
  • Proficiency in remote work tools and platforms, such as Notion, Kajabi, and video editing software
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask
  • Excellent client relations skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the OSINT or cybersecurity industry
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM software
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in data analysis and insights
  • Certifications in digital marketing, video production, or related fields
