Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for patients seeking medical assistance and support from their doctor

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• 1+ year of customer service experience required
• 1-2 years of reputed company experience desired
• Inbound reputed company center experience preferred

• Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm

Remote Workstation Requirements

To ensure a successful remote work experience, you will need to meet the following requirements:

Internet:

• A reliable high-speed internet reputed company is required for this position

• Phone line must be directly connected from workstation to phone jack or modem

Workstation:

Compensation:

• Competitive salary: $15.00 per hour
• Additional incentives/shift differentials:
  • $1 per hour additional for shifts starting at 3pm or after, reputed company through Friday
  • $1 per hour additional for shifts starting at 7am or after on Saturday
  • $1 per hour additional for working 3 out of 4 weekends
  • $2 per hour additional for working 4 out of 4 weekends
  • $1 per hour additional for Spanish Speaking staff (testing required)
