Key Responsibilities
- Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries.
- Navigate online systems to verify nurse credentials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the credentialing process.
- Handle follow-up phone calls with nurses and healthcare facilities, providing clear and concise information about shift availability and credentialing status.
- Utilize company-provided resources and software to access and update customer information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Perform data entry and customer service tasks with accuracy and efficiency, meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and alternatives as needed, demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Essential Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service or customer support experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- 1 year of previous call center or office background experience, with experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Previous remote work experience a plus, with ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home-based environment.
- Quick learner, with ability to adapt to new systems and processes, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Type 35 words per minute accurately, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
