The Role: Publisher Sales Executive - Partner Business Development
As a Publisher Sales Executive, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations nationwide. You will leverage your industry contacts to establish new relationships with publishers, act as our evangelist, and create new opportunities for our product offerings to maximize revenue for our clients. This position reports to the VP of Global Revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow our publisher family by prospecting and closing new accounts
- Identify areas of opportunity and improvement in an effort to establish a publisher's relationship with our offerings
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge; make recommendations as needed
- Cultivate strong relationships through face-to-face, email, and phone communication
- Communicate goals and results to key stakeholders
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80k to $150k base, commensurate with previous revenue performance. Our OTE is double your base, and our comp plan is uncapped. We also offer:

Requirements and Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly motivated team player with:
- A consistent track record in Publisher Development
- 2+ years of experience and a strong understanding of the AdTech industry
- A contact list of publishers
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- A customer-focused attitude with relationship management skills
- The mindset of a hunter; you drive change and you're self-motivated
- Creative problem-solving capabilities
- Strong time management and prioritization skills

- Excellent verbal, written, and formal presentation skills
- Comfort interacting across multiple teams and management levels within the organization
