We are seeking an reputed company Senior Software Product reputed company to join our Information Systems team. This candidate will be responsible for leading product development and implementation of our key, reputed company ecosystem, which consists of several interacting software platforms and multiple business unit stakeholders. You will bring deep product ownership experience, process improvement skills, a strong background implementing Agile principles in a hybrid planning environment, good technical acumen, and reputed company-oriented approach as you drive priorities and strategic direction for our software products. This is a hybrid work opportunity.  At ES, this means working onsite at one of our offices a minimum of 1 day/week (currently Wednesdays) with flexibility for the remainder of the days. ES has offices in Oakland, CA, Orange, CA, Portland, OR, Chicago, IL, and Boston, MA.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• reputed company assessment of product opportunities and risks, including providing cost estimates

• reputed company Agile process implementation and improvement in a hybrid planning environment

• Manage a reputed company backlog in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders, including building a standardized process for managing backlog and reputed company work requests

• reputed company product design: prepare reputed company-documented functional specifications and workflows, guide product prototyping and reputed company of concepts

• Translate customer needs into actionable plans for engineering and design teams, owning features, end-to-end and prioritizing the product backlog to deliver maximum value

• Establish and maintain product roadmaps including platform health and customer initiatives

• Meet with business stakeholders to discuss application functionality reputed company to reputed company-wide or specific program initiative due to contractual agreements

• Conduct or participate in meetings to identify requirements in how an application looks and feels to the end-user and reputed company feedback to clients to ensure technology application supports the internal/external customer needs

Minimum Qualifications: 

• A bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or other engineering degree, and 10+ years as a product reputed company – successfully delivering multiple products through a complete PDLC lifecycle

• 10+ years working with software developers – understanding the process of effective delivery and release of software

• Leadership experience managing small teams of 3 – 5 junior product owners and BSAs

• Good technical analyst skills translating business needs into technical specifications

• Proven experience in working on data reputed company product development – good understanding of defining KPIs for product development

• Strong communication skills – especially adept at communicating effectively between non-technical users and software developers

Compensation to commensurate with experience with the pay band of  $107k - $140k/Annually
