Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse to join our team on an immediate basis. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to residents, adhering to their individual care plans and ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including registered nurses, healthcare assistants, and other support staff, to deliver comprehensive care services.
• Administer medications, as directed, and maintain accurate records of medication administration.
• Conduct regular assessments of residents' conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the Nurse-in-Charge or registered manager.
• Participate in the review and development of care plans, providing suggestions and recommendations for improving resident care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a seamless and integrated service delivery.
• Attend mandatory training sessions, as requested, to enhance and consolidate personal and clinical skills.
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner, adhering to our organization's policies and procedures, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and experience:

• Registered Nurse (RMN/RN-MH) with NMC (Degree Level or equivalent).
• Evidence of Continuous Professional Development and relevant training.
• Healthcare sector experience, preferably in a similar setting.
• RCN qualification, together with relevant employed care experience.

• Strong teamwork ethic and ability to work collaboratively with others.
