**Job Summary**
As a Relief Account Manager, you'll be responsible for selling and ordering product into existing accounts, ensuring consistent adherence to merchandising and customer service standards. **Key Responsibilities**
* Executes and closes all sales calls for assigned (relief) sales routes, ensuring that our products are always available on the shelves and that our customers are satisfied with our services.
* Maintains and sells incremental displays, as needed, and secures incremental equipment to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
* Sells in promotional programs and ensures dealer compliance, ensuring that our customers are aware of and take advantage of our promotions and offers.
* In connection with a sales call, maintains appropriate inventory levels, maintains company assets and point of sale, ensures account meets Company merchandising standards, determines stores' product needs, places and transmits appropriate orders.
* Communicates account activities to appropriate parties, ensuring that our team is always informed and up-to-date on customer needs and preferences.
* Transports, replaces, and maintains point of sale advertising as appropriate for accounts, ensuring that our brand is always visible and prominent.
* Periodic lifting of 50+ pounds, bending, reaching, kneeling, and other physical demands of the role.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of sales experience in the beverage industry or a related field.
* Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Experience with sales software and technology, such as CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
* Knowledge of the beverage industry and its trends and developments.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
