About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack UX Researcher to join our International Tech Sourcing Team at Walmart. As a key member of our team, you'll work with stakeholders across various elements of the commercial enterprise and world to outline their genuine issues and collaborate with cross-functional groups to clear up actual-time issues. You will assume a crucial role in shaping the future of Walmart globally, identifying the proper approach, and rallying the company for best-in-class consumer experience studies.

About the Team

Our team collaborates with Walmart International, which has over 5,900 retail devices operating outside of the USA under 55 banners in 26 countries, including Africa, Argentina, Canada, Central America, Chile, China, India, Japan, and Mexico, to name a few. As a Senior UX Researcher, you'll make an impact on extremely strategic and critical projects, applying your deep understanding of consumer experience studies and design to our center sourcing stories and empathizing with the consumer.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a Senior UX Researcher, you'll make an impact on extremely strategic and critical projects.
  • Apply your deep understanding of consumer experience studies and design, testing, and patron/consumer experience studies to our center sourcing stories and deeply empathize with the consumer.
  • You will liaise within cross-functional partnerships throughout Business, Product, and Engineering and devote your collective creativity and execution to delivering stories that deliver pleasure to our clients/customers, assembling them wherever they are.
  • You will collaborate with teams around the world, including India, Mexico, Chile, China, and Canada.
  • You will own and craft powerful studies projects in the following way: Listening sessions, Gathering Quantitative/Qualitative data, Organizing data, and Executing key findings to present to leadership (in order to assist in solving key issues with internal/external customers).
  • Think conceptually – making use of a consumer-targeted and human-targeted design thinking method to affect all levels of UX Research design improvement in order to directly solve Sourcing issues.
  • Have an actual effect at scale via Sourcing projects and incremental upgrades that impact billions of our clients each day.
  • Define and execute studies strategies suitable to the Sourcing questions and issues at hand, such as but not limited to subject studies and remote testing.
  • Help teams recognize patron needs, attitudes, and behaviors via mixed-strategies studies findings.
  • Be a part of a fun, humble team, participating with other researchers to provide a cohesive consumer-targeted experience.

What You'll Deliver

  • Strong experience in Quantitative Research (both conducting it and analyzing).
  • A portfolio of work demonstrating breadth and intensity in UX Research. This should also include method and process.
  • Proficiency with UX Research platforms & equipment including UserZoom, Usertesting.com, Lookback, and Dscout.
  • Experience conducting quantitative & qualitative online & in-person studies methodologies with systems (for example, UserZoom, and Feedback Ally).
  • Sound business judgment, as well as the ability to assume really, acquire qualitative/quantitative studies, problem-solve, scope studies necessities and prioritization.
  • Potential and willingness to assume and act strategically/tactically.
  • Customer Experience Researcher understanding.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills – including the ability to present design standards really and persuasively to colleagues, stakeholders, and senior executives.
  • 8-10 years experience in UX Research.
  • Data, Ethnographic, and ?Human Design Thinking? Research-driven mindset.
  • Experience studies method for data visualization in order to present to leaders.
  • Storytelling, entrepreneurial drive, passion, vision, and a humble approach to UX.
  • A consumer-centric approach to solving complicated UX challenges.
  • Ability to influence, lead, manage stakeholders, manual leaders, and speak really.
