As a Remote Chat Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering this promise to our customers, working closely with our Chat Manager and other teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries. **Job Description** As a Remote Chat Consultant, you will be responsible for handling incoming sales and customer service-related chats, emails, and phone calls from customers across the United States.
