About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch live chat support to our clients' customers via their websites and social media accounts. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional live chat support to customers via our clients' websites and social media accounts, responding to a wide range of queries and concerns.
  • Handle customer support questions and sales inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate responses.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their products and services, and provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns to senior support specialists as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • 10+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
