About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch live chat support to our clients' customers via their websites and social media accounts. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional live chat support to customers via our clients' websites and social media accounts, responding to a wide range of queries and concerns.

- Work closely with our clients to understand their products and services, and provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns to senior support specialists as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with our clients' products and services, and participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Essential Qualifications
