Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Care Manager to lead our customer care team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. Responsibilities

- Respond to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Apply for payments and send out payment reminders to ensure seamless transactions.
- Manage flight changes and seat assignments to meet client preferences.
- Coordinate concierge-related details, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations, to create memorable experiences.
- Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences no later than 1 week before departure.
- Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copies, to ensure clients are well-prepared for their trips.
- Assist with distributing information and coordinating internal and/or team needs as required.
- Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM to ensure accurate records and efficient operations.
- Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently to meet client needs and business objectives.
- Manage client profiles and bookings to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Serve as backup travel support and main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies, which may occur outside of normal office hours.
- Continuously grow in savvy and proficiency to implement tools that heighten our remote workplace culture.
