We're looking for a meticulous and well-organized Data Entry Clerk to provide essential support to our Cotton Planning Team. As a key member of our hybrid workforce, you'll be responsible for managing data inputs, overseeing inventory records, and executing administrative tasks that are vital for streamlined seed supply operations. Key Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Entry: Input and maintain data in digital formats, including spreadsheets and databases, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Data Verification: Verify and rectify data discrepancies as necessary to ensure the integrity of our data systems.
- Inventory Management: Keep inventory records current in SAP and other relevant systems, ensuring that our seed supply operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Bills of Lading Review: Review Bills of Lading to ensure the receipt of necessary samples and confirm that correct tests are conducted and standards are upheld.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with production managers to authorize the shipment of approved batches and manage material extension requests.
- Financial Support: Collaborate with finance teams to assure accurate costing information and extract data from SAP to generate reports using tools such as Power BI.
- Visual Data Representation: Create visual data representations, including charts and KPIs, to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the Seed Supply Team as required, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Relevant Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in data entry, administration, or a related field (training will be provided).
- Education: High school diploma or GED (verification required).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
