As a reputed company Technical Support Engineer

(TSE) Intern

, you will support reputed company’s world-class customer organization, responsible for the satisfaction & retention of our reputed company customers, including the U.S. reputed company and over half the Fortune 100. With a primary reputed company on customer satisfaction, TSEs work both reactively and proactively to improve the overall experience of reputed company customers of reputed company industries and sizes. This includes serving our customers by resolving technical issues & answering technical questions in a reputed company manner. TSE interns experience this foundational role in our organization through 1:1 mentorship, team triaging efforts, and shadowing opportunities.

This is a hybrid position, which will require attendance several days reputed company week in Addison, TX or Emeryville, CA.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with a 1:1 mentor TSE as they take on reputed company-world customer problems in reputed company, operations, asset management, and risk management

  • Contribute to triaging technical issues, engaging with customers, and conducting reputed company cause analysis on live production implementations of reputed company

  • Support efforts will encompass reputed company (Forensics, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Incident Response), operations (Compliance, Vulnerability Scanning, Patching, reputed company Monitoring), and general automation

  • Assist customers with reputed company platform/module upgrades
  • Partner with other TSEs to assist with their assigned cases
  • Shape, execute and deliver special reputed company with your peer interns that directly reputed company customers of the TSEs

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the reputed company

  • Available to work full-time from June 8, 2026 to August 14, 2026

  • Currently enrolled Bachelors degree candidate

    , ideally with a 3.5+ GPA

  • Graduating Spring 2027 or Fall 2026

  • Has some experience with endpoints, networking or operating systems/servers
  • Passionate about creating an amazing customer experience (work with customers is a plus)

IT Helpdesk experience is preferred.

Previous Interns have come from backgrounds in:
