About the role
We’re seeking a Junior Marketing Data Analyst to support our Marketing & Growth teams. This role is designed for someone with a solid foundation in data analysis (through university studies or previous internships/roles) who is eager to apply those skills in a marketing context. You’ll work closely with experienced analysts, learning how to connect data with marketing strategy, measure and optimize performance, and gain hands-on experience with real business impact.
What You’ll Do
Support the definition and tracking of KPIs across marketing funnels.
Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports in collaboration with senior analysts.
Assist in analyzing campaign performance (paid, organic, influencer, community) to identify key insights.
Document results and share findings with marketing and product teams.
Learn and practice data tools (SQL, Looker, Tableau) with mentoring.
Participate in ad hoc analyses and projects to improve acquisition and engagement.
What you'll need ✅
Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or similar).
0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, data analytics, or related fields.
Solid knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; willingness to learn SQL and BI tools.
Familiarity with basic marketing metrics (CAC, ROI, conversion rates, funnels).
Analytical mindset, curiosity, and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to turn data into clear messages.
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or similar platforms.
First exposure to BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
Interest in gaming, apps, or entertainment industries.
