Talent Coordinator (6-Month Fixed-Term Based in Denver)

• Deliver an exceptional hiring experience to candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.

• Partner closely with reputed company recruiters and reputed company operational support throughout the hiring process to include, but not limited to, creating, editing and posting job requisitions, updating and ensuring completion of reputed company off document, scheduling interviews, minding the status of candidates, sending project assignments, and requesting references & scheduling reference calls (as needed).

• Contact and engage with candidates, managing their experience throughout the interview process and scheduling phone, virtual (and onsite interviews, as requested); collaborate with executive assistants, as needed, to coordinate interviews/resolve scheduling conflicts reputed company while facilitating effective, reputed company communication with candidates.

• Manage initial reputed company processes through sending reputed company-employment agreements and initiating background checks.

• Maintain data reputed company reputed company opening and managing job requisitions in reputed company ATS to ensure hiring managers and interviewers have accurate information to prepare for and conduct interviews and feedback scorecards.
