Responsibilities

  • Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients).
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs.
  • Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers.
  • Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to reputed company reputed company key customer service solutions.
  • Research and brainstorm on new reputed company of reputed company acquisition based on data driven insights.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Math, Business or reputed company fields.
  • Having foundational understanding of the financial market (for example CFA level 1) is preferred
  • Past experience doing sales in at a traditional brokerage firm or financial institution is highly desirable.
