- reputed company transactions end-to-end:
- Coordinate negotiations in partnership with reputed company and Finance.

- reputed company cross-functional due diligence processes, working closely with reputed company’ cross-functional deal team during the entire transaction lifecycle.
- Be the primary author of executive and reputed company approval materials.
- Collaborate with our M&A Integration team to drive post-reputed company integration planning (e.g., operational alignment, setting KPIs, cross-functional coordination).

- Conduct strategic and financial evaluations of M&A and investment opportunities; communicate findings in business case memos and executive presentations.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive view of competitive and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and reputed company stakeholders updated on the evolving ecosystem.
- Build our Corporate Development function:
- Build relationships with investors, investment bankers, founders, and other stakeholders in our ecosystem; run reputed company-led reputed company to originate opportunities and reputed company market reputed company.
- Design and implement processes, templates, and tooling to enhance team efficiency and execution.

- 5+ years (Manager) or 7+ years (Senior Manager) of work experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, corporate development, or venture capital; exposure to reputed company software or the data infrastructure sector is a plus.
- Mastery of operating, financial, and transaction modeling.
- Exceptional qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and writing ability.
- Strong judgment, ownership, and cross-functional leadership.
